Hi loves!
Another summer in the books. An odd one at that... but thankfully we were still able to enjoy some of it. Today, I am sharing my recent Peppermayo dress haul! Peppermayo has been one of my favorite sites in the past but lately I just haven't had the plans to be buying anything special. Then once Labor Day Weekend rolled around I knew I had to make up for lost time. I wanted to share my reviews on what I bought to help you be prepared with so many 2021 weddings around the corner! This post is in not sponsored aside from the small amount of affiliate commission I make from the links below. All opinions are my own!
Reviews
(in order from left to right)
Your Own Way Mini Dress: I am absolutely obsessed with this dress. As you'll soon see, I wore this dress for my birthday dinner and couldn't have picked a better option. The material is super thick (perfect for fall temperatures) and the side strings make the length adjustable.
Modern Romance Dress: This is the dress you need to make your post-quarantine club debut (when the day comes). This mini also has slightly adjustable side drawstrings but is pretty short. Ideal for you if you're on the shorter side, 5'5" or below, like myself. (sold out in green, the pink version is linked)
Summer Playlist Mini Dress: This one is for all of you heading out to a vineyard this fall. Floral is a great compliment to a glass of Cabernet. Wear with a pair with trendy low-top sneakers for added comfort. This material is a lightweight linen with an entire shirred body and an elastic neckline. Con: this dress is extremely short with not much room for adjustment. I recommend it if you are under 5'3", have a shorter torso, or to order the next size up for a longer length.
Debut Dress: This dress is the perfect dress to have in your wardrobe for brunches and bridal showers. It can be worn on or off the shoulder and has a flattering slightly ruched body. Fits true to size and hits slightly above the knee.
Blinding Lights Dress: I'm pretty much obsessed with this dress. It is a lovely champagne color and has a silky hand. It is so chic when worn by itself but also looks great with an oversized sweater when the cooler temperatures finally set in.
Lotus Dress: Ever since visiting the Netherlands, my eyes are drawn to Delftware-like prints. Clearly, which is how this dress ended up in my cart (and I'm so happy it did). This is another dress that is great to have for slightly dressy daytime occasions. The length hits at just the right spot and the material is light enough that you'll be kept cool but won't have to worry about it being see-through. This dress is currently sold out but a slightly similar floral one is available here.
Other Notes
In terms of shipping: I have found that Peppermayo's shipping takes no longer than any US company's would. I received my order within 6 days of ordering.
